Python scrapers collect posts from Reddit, Twitter, various football forums and other social media platforms. Natural Language Processing (NLP) models analyses each post to determine: (a) Is it from an expert or crowd? (b) Does it predict Home/Draw/Away?
Our protocol applies weighted values across expert sentiment and crowd/fan sentiment, creating an overall sentiment percentage for each outcome. A bias is inserted into the experts sentiment weighting to reflects their proven track record while still incorporating crowd wisdom.
